If you would like to the MHSLA board to review any rules for the upcoming season please fill out the form below.
Each program will be allowed to submit two (2) rule changes suggestions.
Only a current board member from the program can submit rules changes suggestions.
In the form below please fill out the current language, the reason you would like the rule changed, and your suggestion for the new rule's language if required.
All submission must be in by August 31, 2019. The board will review all suggestions and recommendations and take action in September's board meeting. We will send out rule book a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the November General Membership Meeting.
